If it does not fit, you will find all important information about returns, exchanges, and refunds here.
Return Period
You can register items for return within 35 days from the order date.
After this period, unfortunately, no exchange or refund is possible.
Conditions for a Return
For us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags are fully attached and undamaged

The item is in the original packaging

proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Please note: Swim and beachwear may only be tried on over underwear.
Excluded from Returns
The following are excluded from returns:

Worn or washed swim and beachwear

Items with visible signs of use, stains, odors, or residues (e.g., makeup, deodorant)

Gift vouchers

Returns registered after the 35-day period
Discounted Items & Sale Products

Items with a discount of up to 40% can be returned and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items with a discount of more than 40% can also be returned but will be refunded only as store credit.
The store credit is valid indefinitely and can be used for all products in the shop.
Exchange
An exchange is generally possible.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund
As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection.

Approved returns will either
– be refunded to the original payment method or
– credited as store credit (depending on the discount level)
Processing can take up to 25 working days.
Late Refunds
If you have not received a refund after a few days, please first check your bank account and, if necessary, contact your credit card company. If you need further help, contact us at support@cocotan.ch.
International Returns
Returns from abroad are possible but are made at your own shipping cost.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the goods in case of a return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be made to the original payment method of the person who placed the order.
Important Note
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not arrive in their original condition, are damaged, or incomplete.
