Shipping policy

Because your satisfaction as a customer is important to us, we offer free worldwide shipping.

Our products are sourced internationally to provide you with the best possible quality at attractive prices.

COCO TAN strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. COCO TAN is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Invoices, if delivery on account is offered, will be sent by COCO TAN via email at its discretion.

If a delivery cannot be made or the customer refuses to accept it, COCO TAN may cancel the contract after prior notice and granting a reasonable grace period. Any costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects without delay via the designated contact method.

Returns are made at the customer's expense and risk and only according to the instructions described on the returns and exchanges page. Returns outside this process cannot be considered.

If, upon inspection by COCO TAN, no discernible defects are found or these do not fall under the warranty, COCO TAN reserves the right to charge for the effort incurred, the return shipment, or any disposal.
