Returns and exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept items purchased through our shop in unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, for a refund, Store Credit, or exchange. The return or exchange request must be made within 35 days of the order date.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Items with a discount of up to 40% will be refunded to the original payment method.
Items with a discount of more than 40% can be returned and will be refunded as Store Credit.
Note: Please try on swim and beachwear only over underwear. Worn, washed, or soiled items cannot be accepted for return.
Is the return process easy?
Yes – start the process easily via our return portal and follow the instructions.
How quickly will I receive my credit or refund?
After we receive your return, it may take up to 25 business days for the refund or Store Credit to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Which items are eligible for return or exchange?
- Items in complete new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags in original packaging.
- Return or exchange request within 35 days after order.
- For items with more than 40% discount, the refund will be issued exclusively as Store Credit.
Items with signs of use, stains, odors, makeup or deodorant residues, or removed tags are not accepted.
What happens in case of quality or material issues?
If a quality or manufacturing defect occurs, please contact our support and submit the item via the return portal. Our quality control will review the case after receipt of the goods.
If a defect is confirmed, you will receive – depending on availability – an exchange, a repair, Store Credit, or a refund according to our policies.
What happens if my return is rejected?
Items that do not arrive with us in new condition (e.g. missing tags, visible signs of wear, dirt) cannot be credited. In such cases, we will send the goods back to you; any costs incurred may be deducted from the Store Credit.
