These privacy provisions form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information about what type of user data from customers is collected by COCO TAN , how COCO TAN uses this data, and what rights the customers have. COCO TAN complies with applicable data protection laws and processes personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was transmitted.

Type and purpose of the data collected
The term "personal data" or "personally identifiable data" within the meaning of this privacy policy includes information by which customers can be personally identified.
Processing of personal data means any handling of personal data, such as collecting, using, storing, disclosing, transmitting, or deleting the data.
COCO TAN on the one hand automatically collects personal data when the customer interacts with the website or uses the online shop. On the other hand, personal data is automatically or manually collected that a customer provides (e.g., through contact, creating a user profile or customer account).
Data that is automatically collected
When visiting the website of COCO TAN statistical visitor data is automatically collected about which parts of the web offer are visited by the customer. With each call of a web page, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, the customer's IP address, date and time of the call, browser used, operating system, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. In this context, it is sometimes necessary to use so-called cookies (see section 4 below).
These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our offer.

COCO TAN does not automatically collect personal data of customers, such as name, address, telephone number, or email address.
On the other hand, personal data from customers is collected when a customer voluntarily provides it in the context of an order or when contacting COCO TAN (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because COCO TAN requires this data for contract processing or to handle the contact; without providing it, the order or contact cannot be sent. Which data is collected is evident from the respective input forms.
When a customer decides to open a customer account, COCO TAN uses the personal data for the purpose of opening the customer account. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided completely; otherwise, COCO TAN may reject the registration. The collected personal data is used by COCO TAN only for the purpose of using the online shop or the respective offer or service for which the customer has registered. In addition, COCO TAN may use the customer's email address to inform them about important changes, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes.
After the complete processing of the contract or after deletion of the customer account, the customer's data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of tax and commercial retention periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of the data or COCO TAN reserves the right to use the data beyond this, which is legally permitted. Deletion of the customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact details given below (see item 9 below) or via a designated function in the customer account.
Legal basis for collecting and processing personal data
The legal basis for the collection and processing of the customer's personal data depends on the specific purpose of the data processing in each case. In particular, the following are possible:
- the protection of the legitimate interests of COCO TAN, provided that the interests of the customer or fundamental rights or freedoms are not disproportionately affected;
- the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract; or
- Customer consent at the time of collection of personal data. The customer can revoke their consent at any time. For this purpose, the customer can send a corresponding notification to the contact details described below. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Use of Cookies and Data Usage
Cookies
To continuously improve the website for customers, COCO TAN may use cookies. Cookies are small software information stored by web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) on the customer's computer hard drive to facilitate the use of the website (e.g., language selection, shopping cart, etc.).
Some of the cookies used by COCO TAN are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing the web browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on the device and allow COCO TAN to recognize the customer's web browser on the next visit (so-called persistent cookies). The duration of storage can be found in the overview in the cookie settings of the web browser.
Most web browsers automatically accept such cookies, but web browsers can be configured not to accept or save cookies. However, disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website. Details can be found in the user manual or the help function of the web browser.
Use of data
The anonymized data recorded by cookies when calling up the COCO TAN website can be used for web analysis purposes, to optimize the website, and to measure performance. COCO TAN may use third-party providers for this, who may have their own privacy policies, over which COCO TAN has no influence.

Google Analytics

Google evaluates the use of the website to compile reports about website activities and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to COCO TAN . The IP address transmitted by the customer's web browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
The information generated by cookies about the use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield" agreement and has registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce for the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield" (Information about the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield can be found at

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
As part of Google Ads, spirituallover.ch uses the so-called conversion tracking. When the customer clicks on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. These cookies expire no later than 30 days and are not used to identify the customer. If the customer visits the website of COCO TAN and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and COCO TAN can recognize that the customer clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
COCO TAN receives from Google the total number of users who clicked on the ad and were redirected to the website equipped with a conversion tracking tag. COCO TAN however, does not receive any information that could personally identify the customer.

Google Maps
Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
COCO TAN uses Google Maps for the visual representation of geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google transmits or processes data about the use of the Maps functions by website visitors, which may include the IP address and location data. COCO TAN has no influence on this data processing.
To the extent that information is transmitted to and stored on servers of Google in the USA, the American company Google LLC is certified under the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield."
To deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transmission to Google, a customer must disable the JavaScript function in the web browser. In this case, Google Maps cannot be used or can only be used with limitations.

Social Media Content
COCO TAN can use social media plugins from social networks on the website, such as from Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
When the customer visits a website that contains such a plugin, the web browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the respective provider to the web browser and integrated into the page. By embedding the plugins, the providers receive the information that the customer's web browser has accessed the corresponding website of COCO TAN , even if the customer does not have a profile with the respective social network or is not currently logged in. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted directly from the customer's web browser to a server of the respective provider (possibly in the USA) and stored there. If the customer is logged into one of the services, the providers of the social network can link the visit to the website of
COCO TAN can be directly assigned to the profile in the respective social network. When the customer interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the providers and stored there. The information is also published in the social network and displayed to the customer's contacts there.
These social network platforms have their own privacy policies, over which COCO TAN has no influence.

If the customer does not want any of these plugins to be loaded, it is recommended to log out of the respective social networks. Furthermore, various web browsers can be configured or supplemented with add-ons (e.g., Facebook blocker) so that the social media plugins are not loaded.
Newsletter
If the customer wishes to receive a newsletter offered by COCO TAN, COCO TAN requires the customer's email address and other information that allows verification that the customer is the owner of the specified email address and agrees to receive the newsletter (so-called "double-opt-in" procedure). If the customer wants to register for a newsletter as a registered customer, they can give consent at the time of registration or later via the registration function in the customer account.
With the newsletter, the customer regularly receives recommendations and offers that might interest them. For this purpose, COCO TAN collects and processes personal data regarding the customer's usage behavior on the website, orders at COCO TAN as well as how the customer uses the newsletter (e.g., whether the newsletter is opened or which web URL links are clicked). COCO TAN may analyze this data for statistical purposes to better tailor the newsletter content to the interests of the customers.
The processing of the personal data entered into the newsletter registration form is based on the customer's consent, which can be revoked by the customer at any time for the future. The revocation can be made either via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter, a written notification from the customer to COCO TAN at the address listed below, or by unsubscribing in the customer account. The collected personal data is used by COCO TAN for the content design and sending of the newsletters. There is no transfer to third parties for their own (advertising) purposes.
COCO TAN stores the personal data provided by the customer for the purpose of receiving the newsletter until the customer unsubscribes from the newsletter.
Disclosure of your data
COCO TAN will not disclose customers' personal data to third parties. Exceptions are when the customer has consented to the transfer of data to companies not affiliated with COCO TAN, or when COCO TAN is legally, officially, or judicially obliged to do so. Also, when service providers who support COCO TAN in data processing, website management, or otherwise, as well as in providing the products and services requested by the customer, are involved (e.g., parcel or newsletter delivery service providers). These third parties are obliged to maintain the same level of security and data protection as COCO TAN.
Data security
Unfortunately, the transmission of data over the Internet is not absolutely secure. COCO TAN works with service providers and internet providers who take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect customers' personal data. However, COCO TAN cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted by the customer. Therefore, any data transmission is at your own risk.
Your information and revocation rights
Of course, every customer is free to inform COCO TAN at any time - for example, by email - that their personal data should no longer be used for contact purposes. Participation in the special services of the COCO TAN website, such as the newsletter service, can also be revoked at any time.
Additionally, it is possible to obtain information about the processing of data or to request a copy of the personal data collected via the COCO TAN website.
